Prof. Dr Piyush Mittal is currently working as professor and in-charge of Pharm D programme at Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Pharmacy, Teerthanker Mahaveer University, India. He is having 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, academics and research. His expertise includes experiential learning, problem base learning, case-based learning, Pharmacy skills development. He has guided more than 40 students (under-graduate/ post-graduate) for their research work in India and abroad. He was former head of department of Pharmacy Practice at International Medical University, Malaysia. He has published/presented more than 30 research papers in National/International journals, conferences. He is life member of Association of Pharmaceutical Teachers of India, Qualitative Research Association of Malaysia. He is certified for Good Clinical Practice by Ministry of Health, Malaysia. He is member of Malaysian Association of Education in Medical and Health Sciences, Malaysian Diabetes Educator’s Society, ISPOR (International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcome Research).
