Dr. Saeed Taheri, PhD candidate. He has graduated as Doctor of Pharmacy in 2016 From Shahid Beheshti University of Medical science, Tehran, Iran and started Ph.D. courses in "Pharmacoeconomics and Pharma Management", as a straight Pharm.D./Ph.D. student. He was the secretary of "Students Research Committee" for 3 years at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical science and he was director in charge of Pisharan (a medical science magazine in persian) for 3 years, awarded from "Iran Ministry of Health" for the best medical student magazine. He passed the Pharmacoeconomics board exam in 2018 and ranked as the first highest score. He currently is working as a PhD candidate in Pharmacoeconomics department in Shahid Beheshti University of Medical science. He has contributed in 34 Cost-effectiveness projects, attended more than 12 international and national conferences, supervised and still supervising 8 Master theses. He has 9 publications and contributed in 1 books. He also awarded from ""The first Euro-Asian congress of pharmacoepidemiology 2018"" for the best Presentation. He is a member in Health economics committee in Tehran chamber of commerce since 2017 and pharmacoeconomic advisor in some pharmaceutical companies.
Dr. Saeed Taheri research work focuses on the economic evaluation of drugs and medical Technologies, clinical outcome researches, cost-effectiveness studies, health technology assessment, health care policy studies, patient-reported outcomes, and patient preference studies policy.
