Dr. Della Jesto is having 16 years of experience in pharmacy educational field now serving as Assistant professor, Faculty of pharmacy, Al Jouf University. She has accomplished her pharmacy PhD in Pharmaceutical analysis and reflects her experience in operational leadership, worked in reputed academic institutions in Kerala, south India. She is highly articulate and effective communicator with excellent team building and interpersonal skills; work well with individuals at all levels. She is also recognized as a resource person, quick problem solver and creative leader. She is having an impressive record of streamlining operations, developing and implementing organizational solutions, and applying overall human resources expertise to impact accomplishment of strategic goals. She has received several grants from different agencies of Indian government (Indian Council for Medical Research, Dept. of Science and Technology, Council of Scientific and Industrial Research), and guided several P.G and PhD projects.
