Mr.A. Poshadri is a National Topper of Food Technology in P. G and Ph. D entrance examinations conducted by ICAR, New Delhi. He has a decade of rich experience in R4D in food processing. Prior to joining in university, he was with R&D division of Bambino Agro Industries Ltd, Hyderabad. He successfully led development projects across diverse product formats of Extruded snacks, Millet's, Sweet Sorghum, Pasta, Noodles, Vermicelli, Instant meal mixes, Pickles, Savoury, RTE-snacks, Spices, Tastemakers and seasonings. Since, 2017 he has been involving in Seed to Plate Nutrition Sensitive Value Chain (NSVC) Developments in Pulses, Tomato and Millets at Tribal areas for sustainable agriculture and food secure future. Notable being his stint into ICRISAT, India. He played a key role in setting up of Food Research Laboratory in International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) a component of Agribusiness Incubation and Innovation Plat Form (AIP). He also helped start-up companies like Vanjamma Agro Foods, Millinnova, Omshell Foods, and other companies like Marya Day, ABRL through consultation and launched innovative products under different brands. He co-authored 30 research papers and 2 text books. His book on “A Hand book for Food Techno’s†is the Bestselling books of New India Publishing agency, India in Agriculture and Allied sciences
