Dr.K.Jayakumar Ph.D in Biochemistry from University of Kerala ,INDIA. Currently working as the Professor and Head of the Department of Biochemistry, PMS college of Dental Science, Vettapara , Thiruvanthapuram. Formerly Director of Research and Development activities at B- Ageis Life science and Research a private research company at Thiruvanthapuram, mainly focused on anticancer drug discovery. and also Founder Chairman and Director of KIDMR a premier MDS entrance coaching institute at Thiruvanthapuram , Kerala .I had published more than 25 papers, edited 2 text books for MDS entrance aspirants. Recipient of Saratha Krishna best faculty award 2003, from Sree Mookambika Institute of Dental Sciences where I worked as faculty for 15 years .Recognized as research guide from many universities including Kerala University of Health and Allied Scienes. Under my supervision and guidance 5 PhD Scholars 15 M.Phil students more than 50 PG dissertations successfully completed their academic and research work. I am still continuing as a researcher in the field of infectious diseases.
