Dr. Hesham Mohamed Tawfeek Hassan, has got his PhD in Industrial Pharmacy as PhD joint researcher between School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Science, Liverpool John Moores University and Assiut University, Faculty of Pharmacy (August 2008 – March 2011). During that time he managed to publish a lot of publications and attend different International conferences in drug delivery and technology field in different countries like, UK, USA and Turkey. Furthermore, he has got a postdoctoral research grant for six month, funded from the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education in School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Science, Liverpool John Moores University (August 2013 to February 2014). In addition, He managed to get a grant to USA for 9 month funded from the Egyptian Science and Development Technology fund. Dr. Hesham upgraded to Associate Professor since April, 2016 to date. He has obtained his Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical Science from University of Assiut, Assiut, Egypt on 7/7 2005. (First position, Excellent with degree of Honour). He also got his Master degree in Pharmaceutical Technology from the same University on 4/7/2005. He has over 30 publications in peer reviewed journals with high impact factor as well as he attending a lot of international conferences all over the world. Furthermore, he obtained a lot of prices e.g., the best PhD thesis in Assiut University (2012/1013). The best poster presentation in Drug Delivery to The Lungs (20, 2009) and the best oral presentation in 1st International Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences and Education.
