Dr. Adriane Muller Nakato is Professor of Physiotherapy at the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR). Doctor in Child and Adolescent Health at the Department of Pediatrics / Medicine. Master in Biomedical Engineering by the Federal Technological University of Parana (UTFPR). Specialization in pediatric physiotherapy at the Hospital Pequeno PrÃncipe. Bachelor in Physiotherapy from the Centro Universitário Católico Salesiano Auxilium. Experiences: pediatrics, intensive pediatrics, invasive mechanical ventilation and ventilatory weaning. I have been working in the area for more than ten years, working in hospitals, clinics and universities. My research published is in adult pulmonology, respiratory mechanics in pediatrics, capnometry in neonatology and weaning of mechanical ventilation in premature infants. With the following titles: - Analysis of Respiratory Behavior and Clinical Parameters for Successful Extubation in Premature Infants. - Correlation of Partial Pressure of Arterial Carbon Dioxide and End-Tidal Carbon Dioxide in Intubated Premature Infants. - Pulmonary Rehabilitation and BODE Index in Patients with COPD. - Lung analysis in children mechanically ventilated with atelectasis after cardiac surgery. - Changes in the respiratory mechanics of children with pleural effusion in the postoperative period of congenital heart disease.
